Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping – Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination. All items ship from Virginia. Shipping methods vary depending on the items ordered. All items will ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and will generally take 2-4 business days to arrive. .Please review the product information for specific and accurate shipping methods and estimates.

International Shipping – Items for international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and generally take between 6-10 business days to arrive. Some items may be held in customs which is beyond our control and may add additional shipping time. For this reason, we usually tell our international customers to expect their package in 14 -20 business days.

Customs and Duties - We are not responsible for any fees, taxes or duties associated with your purchase or the shipping of your order. If any additional fees, taxes and/or duties are required, you will need to pay them before receiving your order. If you are purchasing items to be sent as a gift, please be aware that there may be additional fees, taxes or duties that your gift recipient will be responsible for if they are located outside of the United States.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we would be happy to accept exchanges due to damage, product defect or if the wrong item was shipped.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you have received any damaged, defective or incorrect items and we will promptly exchange or replace them. Shipping will not be charged for items that are being exchanged or replaced if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you think your item has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost mail however we are happy to try and help you locate any items in your order. You can also check the tracking information for your order.
